Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child development and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programming. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
