Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. This role is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in their care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment. Monitor and support children's progress, providing individualized attention when needed. Maintain a safe and clean classroom, following all health and safety guidelines. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and progress. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and Beyond Infinity Academy policies. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred). High School diploma (required). Previous experience working in a childcare or early education setting. Strong knowledge of child development and best teaching practices. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
TB Test Schedule & Compensation:
$14 - $16 per hour Full-time and part-time positions available. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
