Radiance Learning is a hands-on early childhood program with campuses in Redmond and Bellevue, Washington. We offer preschool, childcare, and enrichment programs in a nurturing, play-based environment where every child is celebrated.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a warm, patient, and energetic Toddler Classroom Teacher to join our toddler program. You will provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that supports the developmental needs of children ages 1-3. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for toddlers throughout the day, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Document daily observations and share updates with parents Collaborate with co-teachers and program staff Follow all licensing requirements and health and safety protocols Qualifications High school diploma / AA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred Prior experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred CPR and First Aid certified and have STAR ID (MERIT) Warm, patient, and dependable with a genuine love for young children Strong communication skills with families and team members What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and education Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding program Meaningful work in a mission-driven school community
