Practice:

Seattle Heart PLLC Position Summary Seattle Heart is seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Practice Manager to lead our newly established cardiology clinic. Serving as the primary bridge between clinical care and operational execution, you will manage IT systems, data accuracy, patient workflows, and financial compliance with high corporate rigor. Initial responsibilities include nimble clinic operations, marketing support, provider outreach, and supervising clinical staff (echo techs, medical assistants, and future APPs). Job start date is between October 12-Nov 2, 2026.

Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight:

Manage daily clinical throughput, scheduling, intake workflows, and staff coordination to maximize efficiency without compromising patient safety.

IT & Health-Tech Management:

Lead the technology stack, ensuring EHR (Athenahealth) integration, proper diagnostic equipment synchronization (EKG/Echo), and proactive troubleshooting.

Data & KPI Tracking:

Establish and maintain dashboards for revenue cycle performance, patient wait times, and referral volumes to optimize clinic performance.

Revenue Cycle & Compliance:

Oversee billing accuracy, collections, and 100% compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Washington medical practice regulations.

Agile Leadership:

Serve as the primary contact for vendor management, IT support, and referral sources, pivoting quickly to resolve operational challenges. Required Qualifications 3+ years of medical practice management experience, preferably in cardiology or a high-volume specialty. Advanced proficiency managing Athenahealth EMR/EHR systems and digital diagnostic interfaces. Proven ability to operate autonomously as a problem-solver in a high-acuity environment. Strong financial literacy and data analytics skills to report practice health to ownership. Professional presence representing Seattle Heart PLLC to referring physicians and high-acuity patients.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$32.95

•$45.95 per hour (approx. $68,500

•$95,500 annualized)

Benefits:

Medical, Dental, and Vision PPO; 401(k) plan (eligible after 90 days); 21 days accrued PTO per year.
