Participate in ongoing professional development related licensing requirements Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Proven ability in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment-driven instruction tailored for preschoolers. Proficiency in using platforms for instructional delivery and record management. Skilled in classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and conflict resolution. Strong analytical skills for evaluating student performance data to inform instruction and support academic advising efforts. Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations applicable to preschool settings. Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to design engaging activities that incorporate literacy education, physical education—including experience teaching physical activity—and library services integration. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring assistant teachers or student teachers.
