In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants. Your primary focus will be fostering early childhood growth through engaging activities, personalized care, and educational support that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support infant development milestones, incorporating elements of Montessori, preschool, and toddler care philosophies. assessment-driven instruction techniques to monitor and document each child's progress accurately. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or toddler care settings is essential. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, educational specialists, parents, and other stakeholders is vital for success in this role. Knowledge of classroom management techniques, conflict resolution, behavior management strategies, and working within private school or Montessori settings is advantageous. Pay:
