KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers to join our First Avenue learning center, supporting children's growth through play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, joyful classroom, design engaging lessons, and observe and document each child's progress. You'll build strong partnerships with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress to support individualized learning. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and special events. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Support inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and abilities.
