A Preschool or Childcare Teacher works with young children, usually ages 3 - 5, to help them learn the social, motor and language skills needed to be ready for kindergarten and elementary school. Organizes activities and uses play or games to help children learn; develops schedules and routines for children that include exercise and rest. Works in a school or in a childcare center or program.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with children through play, music, stories, and art and is familiar with Creative Curriculum, ASQs, and Early Achievers. in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (can be used towards stackables) Ability to work effectively with families of diverse backgrounds, including single parents, grandparents as caregivers, co-parenting families, LGBTQ+ families, non-English speakers, teen parents, and families navigating sensitive circumstances.

$36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
