Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Gig Harbor center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this onsite role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, monitor each child's progress, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their health and safety. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Follow licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies and procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
