- must show "Cleared" status DCYF Health & Safety trainings : Mandated Reporter (Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation) Safe Sleep Abusive Head Trauma Families Experiencing Homelessness Disaster and Emergency Preparedness Medication Management and Administration 30-Hour Child Care Basics (Initial STARS Hours) Bloodborne Pathogens Training WA State Food Worker Card Child/Adult/Baby First Aid & CPR certification , including an in-person skills verification component (fully online-only certification does not meet DCYF requirements; hybrid/blended courses with a hands-on session are acceptable) Duties Implement and support curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
