Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Teach basic academic skills, including math and language development
• Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities
• Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback and support as needed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet educational objectives
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
• Experience in classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays
• Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
• Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
