Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing daily classroom activities, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Your energetic approach will help create a positive atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow confidently. Duties Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical activity, and social-emotional development. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Foster a safe, inclusive environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of all children. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to ensure collaborative support. Maintain accurate records of child development progress, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws. You Have:

Teaching experience with preschool-age children. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A heart for inclusive teaching and building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and community partners. Proven experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Pay:
