Days Gone By -

YMCA Hours:

Part-Time 2-3 full days per week Daytime hours 7:15/7:30am - 5:15/5:30pm (20-30 hrs/wk) OR 3-5 half days per week AM or PM shifts available

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities for children age 0-5. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of children. Engage children in interactive and creative play to support their learning and growth. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's progress and daily activities. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children. Early childhood education classes are a plus. Willing to participate in furthering childcare education courses paid for by the YMCA. Positive attitude, good communication skills, team player, and professional
