We aren't simply looking for someone to fill a position — we're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, takes pride in what they do, and wants to make a difference. Early childhood is about so much more than teaching ABCs and 123s. It's sitting on the floor and joining their play. It's comforting a child who is having a hard morning. It's celebrating when they finally zip their own coat. It's reading their favorite story one more time. It's helping them make a friend, work through big feelings, and discover just how capable they are. Those little moments are actually really BIG moments. We're looking for a kind, patient, dependable, and caring Early Childhood Educator who will help create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, valued, and excited to come each day.
