In this vibrant role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You will play a vital part in supporting childhood development through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving. Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education, creativity, social skills, and physical development Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene to support healthy growth and comfort Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and any concerns that arise Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety standards for childcare settings. Experience Must be 18 years old. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure quick response in emergencies however, it is not a requirement. We will help to provide assistance in finding trainings. Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special needs Demonstrated patience, compassion, and strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with children and families Join us in creating joyful learning experiences while supporting the growth of young minds!
