Job Description
Our center is looking for Lead Teachers to join the Infant/Toddler teaching team at our growing school. Some responsibilities of the Teacher are: Lesson plan creation and implementation. Use of positive guidance techniques. Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships. Evaluate, observe, and develop each child's abilities. Create a caring community where families feel welcome. We are looking for Teachers who desire to work with children and families; are committed to a fast-paced work environment with new challenges and opportunities daily; someone who is enthusiastic about being a team player. Our belief is that "There is no finish line to quality care and education." Minimum education requirements: 60 college credits in any field, including 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR Bachelor's degree in ANY field, AND 2 courses in education or child development; OR Be able to complete one of these options within 3 months of hire. Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.
