Position Summary The Spray Department Manager leads the spray/painting crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role oversees daily operations, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, enforces safety, and coordinates with management to keep the department running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the spray crew on all job sites Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule Monitor quality of workmanship and productivity Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each job Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project management Resolve on-site problems and ensure smooth department operations Discipline, terminate as necessary Monitor attendance Provide performance reviews Qualifications 5 years of spraying experience preferred Oral/Written communication Knowledge of all materials, tools & systems used Ability to read construction documents Time management Basic math Computer literacy Valid Driver's license Self-motivation
