Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of child development principles, early intervention techniques, and childhood education best practices. Experience developing lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, physical education, and math activities suitable for young children. Familiarity with special education needs and implementing inclusive classroom strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in early childhood education or childhood development are advantageous. Proven ability to manage classroom behavior while creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.
