Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and classroom management strategies. Provide age-appropriate instruction in child development topics such as preschool readiness, childhood welfare, and early intervention techniques. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain detailed records of student progress and incidents. Incorporate toddler care practices and physical education activities to support holistic child growth. Apply classroom experience and childcare best practices to foster a nurturing environment conducive to learning and exploration. Experience Prior teaching experience with young children in preschool or daycare settings is required. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development and lesson planning. Experience working with children who have special needs or are involved in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and child welfare protocols. Valid US driver's license is essential for transportation-related responsibilities or outings. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure safety during all activities. Strong communication skills for effective parent communication and teamwork within the educational environment. Pay:
