Job Description

We are a supportive, faith-based early childhood center seeking a dependable part-time teacher to join our team. This position offers a consistent 2-3 day per week schedule with full-day shifts and a predictable daytime schedule. What You'll Do:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children Support daily classroom routines including play, meals, rest, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Work collaboratively with classroom team members Follow center policies and Wisconsin licensing requirements
What We're Looking For:
A dependable and responsible team member with consistent attendance Someone who enjoys working with young children and supporting their development A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers Previous child care experience is helpful, but not required Willingness to learn and grow in the early childhood field
