Job Description
Growing Tree Child Development Center Full-Time Early Childhood Educator Racine |Full-Time 9:00a-6:00pm M-F Job Summary Growing Tree Child Development Center is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Full-Time Early Childhood Educator to join our passionate team. This position is ideal for someone who values early learning and is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for young children. The successful candidate will support children's development through play-based learning, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DCF 251 regulations and center policies Participate in staff meetings and professional development Qualifications At least 2 ECE college courses completed and enrolled for more.
