Preschool Teacher (ages 3 1/2-5 years of age) Before/after School age kiddos Are you a passionate early childhood educator ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact? As a Lead Preschool Teacher atLittle Adventures:
Rio, you'll play a central role in shaping young minds during one of their most important stages of growth. In this role, you will create a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports children's development socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. You'll also lead by example—mentoring assistant teachers, partnering with families, and working collaboratively with the entire team to deliver high-quality care and education.Job Description:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to engage students
- Positive and encouraging interactions with children of all ages
- Ensuring the health, welfare and safety of children at all times
- Engaging in positive communication with parents/guardians
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with other staff members
- Willingness to learn new technology and navigate our childcare app to give parents real-time updates.
- Creating an environment that encourages educational goals that line up with WMELS
- Tracking students growth and abilities
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary classroom

- Primary Teacher Qualified (required)
- Shaken Baby Certified
- Knowledge of general child growth and development
- High School or equivalent (required)
