Overview The

SCHOOLHOUSE

Early Education Center is a small business catering to educate, provide a nurturing environment and be the best childcare facility for the families in Cheyenne, WY. We are professional and agile and one of the top facilities in town! We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Jr. Preschool Teacher (1-year olds) to join our team. Our low ratio 5 student class is looking for a teacher that has their infant/toddler credentials, CDA or degree, and is ready to be the foundation leader of our school. This teacher MUST have experience and a creative and fun personality for our youngest learners. The right candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students, planning and implementing engaging activities, and providing guidance and support to children in their development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the children. Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Supervise and interact with the children in a positive manner. Maintain records of each child's progress. Communicate with parents about their child's progress. Provide guidance to students in developing social skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
