Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support a collaborative learning community. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible for children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare settings such as preschool teaching, nannying, or caregiving is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of toddler care and infant care principles is valued. Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly valued. Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment. Ability to implement effective behavior management techniques tailored to young children. A genuine love for working with children and fostering their growth and development is crucial. Relevant educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
