Positions Infant teacher Preschool teacher Substitute Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and structured activities to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and daily experiences Apply child supervision best practices while managing classroom behavior and behavior management strategies Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive care Requirements Certification in first aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Must be able to pas a background check complete all required state trainings previous childcare experience is a plus strong communication and team work skills
