Your expertise in child development, classroom management, and curriculum implementation will inspire curiosity and foster growth in every child. We are dedicated to providing a positive work atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes a difference every day. Duties Come up with creative activities and projects that are age appropriate. Provide attentive toddler care and ensure each child's safety and well-being. Manage classroom behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate effectively about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws, ensuring all incidents or concerns are documented accurately and promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. Lead activities that incorporate physical education, arts, music, and play-based learning to support holistic development. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings. Knowledge of child development principles, and childhood welfare standards.. Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management. Certification in first aid and CPR including pediatrics is required Strong communication skills. Ability to follow daycare policies, safety protocols, and mandated reporting laws.

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
