Salary/Pay Range:

Determined by course modality: in-person, online, or hybrid. Remote teaching opportunities may be available under certain conditions. Benefits Information Because this appointment is temporary in nature, you will not be eligible to receive all of the benefits normally provided to faculty under the standard University of Colorado benefits programs. You are not eligible to receive paid vacation leave, medical, or retirement benefits. However, you are eligible to accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked. Essential Functions The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:- Teach assigned psychology courses in the approved modality and schedule
- Develop and maintain course syllabi consistent with departmental and university standards
- Utilize Canvas for course content, assignments, communication, and grading
- Ensure instructional materials meet accessibility and university guidelines
- Assess student performance and submit grades by established deadlines
- Communicate student concerns or issues to the appropriate program director or department chair
- Complete required trainings as determined by the department, college, or university Qualifications Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold a master's degree or PhD or PsyD in Psychology and possess an area of specialization appropriate to the course(s) being taught.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist for clinical courses.
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate levels.
