Department of Psychology, College of Arts & Sciences, University of Miami, is soliciting applications for individuals interested in possible part-time teaching positions during the academic year (maximum two courses in a semester). Duties include teaching undergraduate classes including laboratories, discussion sections and/or participating in tutorial sessions, having 3 office hours per week per course to meet with students and, submitting a syllabus of the course(s) taught by the first day of class. Minimum qualifications include Doctorate in Psychology from an APA accredited program. Prior teaching experience in psychology preferred. Applications will be reviewed as received, and this pool will remain open throughout the academic year. An appointment/offer is contingent upon student demand (enrollment) and available funding, with the possibility that final confirmation will not be available until classes begin.
