- Current and valid California teaching credential: multiple subject K-6 or single subject English for grades 7-8 required
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience in corresponding grades in general education settings.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish (Preferred/Desired)
- Master's degree or post-graduate work preferred
- Three (3) current letters of recommendation (dated within the last 12 months, no supervisor required)
- Copy of Transcripts (Conferral of Bachelor's degree)
- CBEST Test Results or equivalent
- Current Resume
- Letter of Introduction
- Possession of Reading Specialist Certificate or an advanced subject matter degree preferred
- Experience in utilizing technology in instruction and professional development
