In this role, you will: Lead targeted reading interventions and provide direct instruction for K-8 students. Design and implement lesson plans aligned with current state and district standards, using formative assessment to guide differentiation. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, student-focused school culture. Utilize strong classroom and behavioral management skills to foster a safe, supportive environment. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and professional development. To thrive here, you should have: Valid and active Pennsylvania reading specialist certification and PA teaching license.
