Desired Qualifications:

Valid General Teaching Endorsement One or more of the following credentials: Reading Endorsement Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP) Experience supporting students with reading difficulties or dyslexia in K-12 school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Robust knowledge of current best practices in literacy instruction and assessment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group reading interventions for students identified with dyslexia or at risk of reading failure Assess, monitor, and document student progress in literacy skills Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate effective reading strategies and accommodations Communicate with parents and school teams regarding progress, recommendations, and intervention plans Maintain accurate records aligned with district and legal requirements This contract spans the current school year through the end of May 2027, offering stability and a chance to form meaningful, ongoing relationships with students and staff across two campuses.
