Key Qualifications:
Valid General Teaching Endorsement required Must hold at least one of the following: Reading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP) Experience as a Dyslexia Therapist or Reading Specialist, preferably in a school setting Strong understanding of literacy development and evidence-based strategies for dyslexia intervention Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted reading and dyslexia interventions for students at both elementary and high school levels Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring to tailor instructional plans Work closely with teachers and staff to coordinate support and offer professional development Maintain timely, accurate documentation for student progress and services provided Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment for learners of diverse backgrounds This is a full-time onsite position, providing 37.5 hours of hands-on support each week through the remainder of the school year.
