Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned withIBDP ESS.
Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students. Plan and implement rigorous units of work that integrate global contexts and real-world applications. Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching. Analyze student data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement. Maintain high expectations for behavior and academic performance. Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding achievement and wellbeing. Contribute actively to the wider school community and extracurricular programs.
