Job Description

Eckerd College invites applications for an adjunct instructor position with expertise in animal biology/veterinary medicine, beginning February 2027. A DVM or Ph.D. in the biological sciences is required, preferably with teaching experience. Seeking a veterinarian or scientist-educator who is strongly committed to teaching at the undergraduate level. Teaching responsibilities include delivery of our "Animal Nutrition" course at a 300-level for the Spring 2027 semester. Eckerd College, the only independent national liberal arts college in Florida, has a tradition of innovative education and teaching/mentoring excellence.
