The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of scientific discovery while creating meaningful learning experiences for students with dyslexia. The Bilgrav School is a specialized school serving students with dyslexia. We believe students with dyslexia learn differently, not less, and we provide an educational environment where students develop strong literacy skills, confidence, independence, and academic success. About The Bilgrav School The Bilgrav School serves students with dyslexia in grades K-8 through evidence-based instruction and a highly individualized approach to learning. Our collaborative team works together to help students access rigorous academic content while developing the skills necessary for lifelong success. We are committed to fostering curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and self-confidence in every student. Key Responsibilities Teach two Science classes daily . Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on science lessons. Foster scientific inquiry, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Differentiate instruction to meet the unique learning needs of students with dyslexia. Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate records. Collaborate with colleagues to support student growth and success. Create a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Teaching certification preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience preferred. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Flexible, collaborative, and growth-minded educator. What We're Looking For We are seeking an educator who: Believes in the potential of every student. Is passionate about helping students succeed. Experience working with students with dyslexia or language-based learning differences preferred.

$30-$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
