This is an applicant pool for teaching in the School of Arts & Sciences. Applicants will be reviewed on an as-needed basis and hiring may occur up to the start date of a given semester. Responsibilities Responsibilities - The successful candidate will teach Environmental Science and/or Geology courses (lecture and/or laboratory) contingent to their expertise and the needs of the College.

Essential duties include:

maintaining office hours, preparing lesson plans, lectures, and other course materials such as quizzes and exams, and submission of final grades and attendance reports. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements

• M.S. in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Environmental or Earth Sciences Required Experience
• Successful teaching experience Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field Preferred Experience
