Job Summary:

Manistee Middle/High School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Science Teacher to join our team. Qualifications:

Required:

• ​ Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with DX/DI endorsement
• ​ Highly Qualified under NCLB standards

Preferred:

• ​ Experience teaching secondary-level science courses
• ​ Strong background in inquiry-based and hands-on learning strategies
• ​ Ability to integrate technology and real-world applications into instruction
• ​ Experience in developing and implementing engaging curriculum aligned with ​ state standards
• ​ Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• ​ Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
