Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in math and science, incorporating differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools to enhance classroom instruction and track student progress. Adapt instructional strategies for students with special education needs and those from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring inclusive learning experiences. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe, respectful environment. Analyze student performance data regularly to inform instruction, identify areas for improvement, and tailor interventions accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming assessments or events. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing instructional modifications to support all learners. Qualifications Proven classroom teaching experience at the elementary level, with a strong background in math and science education. Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and curriculum implementation strategies. Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, standardized testing procedures, and behavior management techniques. Ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and cultural backgrounds while maintaining high standards of educational compliance and regulation understanding. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teacher collaboration. Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data to guide instructional decisions.
