Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification for grades K-3 or K-5 Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging instruction in at least one core subject: Math, Science, Social Studies, or English Language Arts (ELA) Experience working with elementary-aged students in a classroom environment Strong communication, classroom management, and collaborative skills Enthusiasm for fostering academic growth and a positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver standards-based lessons tailored to diverse learning needs within assigned grade levels Support students academic, social, and emotional development Collaborate with grade-level teams, support staff, and school administrators Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions as needed Engage families and caregivers in student learning and classroom activities Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and educational best practices
