YMCA Swim Lessons Instructor certification training and on-the-job shadowing will be provided upon hire. No experience is required!
Hours Available:
M-F:
4-7 pm Custom schedule private lesson times are also available.
Age requirement:
15+
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
  • Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
  • Create and implement lesson plans based on participants' needs and abilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
  • Monitor and ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons
  • Evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and progress
