We're excited to bring the very first Romp n' Roll to Arizona this September! Our play-based enrichment center offers gym, music, art, science, cooking, and imaginative play classes for children ages 3 months to 5 years. Every week brings new adventures that help children build confidence, develop new skills, and create lifelong memories alongside their families. As a member of our founding team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help launch something truly special in our community. About the Role We're looking for an energetic, experienced, and caring Program Manager to become an essential part of our founding leadership team. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children but also enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and creating exceptional experiences for families. What You'll Do Lead engaging enrichment classes for children ages 3 months to 5 years. Coach, mentor, and support Family Activity Leaders through training and ongoing feedback. Train new instructors on curriculum delivery, classroom management, and customer experience. Observe classes and provide coaching to ensure instructors confidently deliver the Romp n' Roll curriculum. Ensure all classes consistently follow Romp n' Roll's established lesson plans and quality standards. Help oversee the day-to-day operation of the center and serve as the primary floor leader during assigned shifts. Support birthday parties, camps, Open Play, special events, and other programming. Assist at the Membership Desk and jump in wherever needed to create an exceptional customer experience. Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and caregivers. Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment. Partner with the owner to continuously improve programming, staff development, and daily operations. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves working with young children and their families. Is passionate about child development and learning through play. Naturally leads by example and enjoys mentoring others. Brings positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm every day. Is organized, dependable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Is comfortable being active, engaging, and a little silly. Wants to grow alongside a new and expanding business. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of experience working with children ages 3 months to 5 years. At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or staff training experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable leading groups of children while engaging parents and caregivers. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout your shift. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Recreation, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in preschool, childcare, gymnastics, dance, music, recreation, children's fitness, or another enrichment setting. Experience hiring, coaching, or mentoring team members. Why You'll Love Working Here Help launch Arizona's very first Romp n' Roll. Become a key member of our founding leadership team. No lesson planning required—our nationally developed curriculum is already created for you. Spend your time teaching, coaching, and creating memorable experiences for children and families. Enjoy a fun, active, and supportive work environment where no two days are the same. Grow your career alongside an expanding business.
