Ticket Taker Lead Bridgepoint, LLC Phoenix, AZ Job Details $17.50 - $18.29 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description Ticket Taker Lead About the Role We're hiring a Ticket Taker Lead to oversee ticket taker operations during live events. This person will lead the onsite team, manage guest entry, and ensure ticket scanning is accurate and efficient from doors open through the event. What You'll Do Supervise and direct Ticket Taker staff during setup, guest entry, and events Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff positions Confirm employees are present, properly uniformed, and ready before doors open Oversee early setup, including program inserts and portal entry areas Monitor ticket scanning and guest flow during busy entry periods Reposition staff as needed to keep lines moving efficiently Resolve ticket discrepancies, invalid credentials, and guest access concerns Coordinate with the House Manager regarding entry delays, equipment issues, or other concerns Document and report incidents, access issues, and operational concerns Confirm staff attendance with the Program Manager following events What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older At least 1 year of ticket scanning, venue entry, or access control experience required Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills Comfortable working in busy, high-energy crowd environments English-speaking required; bilingual candidates preferred Able to stand, walk, and navigate stairs, ramps, or inclines for extended periods Available for an event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must pass a client-required background check Preferred Experience Performing arts, arena, convention center, or similar venue experience Experience with digital ticketing platforms and handheld ticket scanners Experience leading teams of 5 or more Experience training, onboarding, or transitioning new event staff Bilingual English/Spanish or another language is a plus If you have ticketing experience, know how to lead a team, and can keep guest entry running smoothly during busy events, apply today!
