Full Job Description Company Overview:
We are Champions Martial Arts, a renowned Taekwondo franchise originating from New York, with an established presence of over 80 locations across the state. Currently, we are expanding into California and are in search of a highly motivated Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis at our Diamond Bar, CA location. As an Instructor, you will engage with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups, imparting invaluable knowledge and skills across various disciplines. If you possess a passion for teaching Taekwondo and thrive in a dynamic setting, we eagerly await your application. No prior teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training!
Requirements:
Age 18 and over Only candidates currently located in California will be considered for this position Must hold at least a First Degree Black Belt in
TAEKWONDO OTHER MARTIAL ARTS BLACK BELT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
(Candidates without a first degree black belt will not be considered.) Must be available to work following sift ; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lessons following the curriculum Provide instruction and mentorship in Taekwondo techniques Cultivate an environment that promotes student engagement and success Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback Implement effective behavior management strategies for a safe learning atmosphere Ensure students' safety during all instructional activities Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and achievements
Experience:
Prior teaching experience is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training Previous experience in teaching Taekwondo is advantageous We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
