We are seeking an energetic and motivated Preschool Ninja/Parkour Coach to lead engaging, safe, and age-appropriate parkour and movement classes for preschoolers. Responsibilities Design and deliver fun, age-appropriate parkour and movement classes that promote agility, coordination, strength, and confidence in preschool-aged children Foster a safe environment by supervising activities closely, ensuring proper use of equipment, and implementing safety protocols at all times Engage children with energetic coaching techniques that encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behavior management Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any relevant class updates or concerns Lead warm-up exercises, skill-building drills, and obstacle courses tailored to the developmental levels of young learners Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area and equipment before and after classes Continually assess each child's abilities to provide personalized guidance that supports their growth in physical skills and self-esteem Experience Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting or as a coach for sports or physical education programs Background in sports-specific training instruction such as gymnastics, martial arts (e.g., karate or taekwondo), cheerleading, or climbing is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills in team environments or coaching roles involving young children Knowledge of child development principles related to motor skills acquisition and behavior management Certifications in first aid and CPR (including AED operation) are required; additional certifications in lifeguarding or swimming are a plus Experience teaching physical education classes or sports such as soccer, basketball, or gymnastics will enhance your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Join us to inspire the next generation of movers!
