Job Description
Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities Develop and grow the Apex tennis program by providing quality instruction and programs for youth and adults, of all ability levels. Organize and promote adult and junior programs, special events, drills, privates, opportunities to play, and racquet stringing service. Manage participants and associated adults, maintaining a safe environment and exhibiting control. Maintain movement, energy, and positive interactions with and between participants, on and off the court. Responsible for maintaining progression levels, and making participant adjustments as necessary, for program consistency and participant safety. Responsible for class communication and scheduling adjustments. Responsible for finding a qualified substitute, when unable to teach. Communicate with the Tennis Manager and Head Teaching Professionals regarding changes to published schedule or use of substitute instructor. Job Qualifications Must be at least 15 years old.
