As a Gymnastics Lead Instructor , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum execution, and helping elevate the overall coaching experience in the gym. What we expect from you… Lead and teach high-quality recreational gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method Bring confidence, structure, and consistency to every class you lead Model excellent coaching techniques, class flow, and safety standards Support and guide other instructors through example, encouragement, and feedback Create a warm, fun, and educational environment where every child feels successful Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive membership experience for families You'd be a great fit here if… You have previous gymnastics coaching experience and feel confident teaching foundational gymnastics skills You can manage a class independently while keeping kids engaged, safe, and motivated You understand how to adapt skills and progressions for different ages and ability levels You treat every class and every child like it's their first day, every single week You take pride in being a leader on the floor and a role model for the team You'd really shine if… You love having fun, giving high fives, and being silly, but also know when to buckle down and lead Kids gravitate toward you, and parents trust you You communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through You enjoy helping newer instructors grow and succeed You bring positive energy and consistency, even on busy days You may think we're awesome because… Children leave our classes more confident than when they arrived You'll stay active and moving throughout your workday You love talking with parents (and teaching them!) We take fun seriously, and we take child development and safety even more seriously You can get paid to fold t-shirts… or get paid to act like a superhero or dinosaur While this may not be your forever career, we will train and support you like it is The fine print (but still important) We are a gymnastics-based enrichment center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs focus on confidence, coordination, strength, and social development in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. Classes are non-competitive and taught in a way that encourages children to progress at their own pace. If you're a confident gymnastics coach who loves kids, enjoys leadership, and wants to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
