Job responsibilities include:
Greeting new families, taking class roll, teaching gymnastics skills on all Olympic events, following gymnastics curriculum, tracking students' progress online, addressing parents at the end of class as needed, maintaining class structure and organization, showing leadership skills, positive motivation and role modeling, some conflict resolution. Summary As a Part Time Gymnastics Coach, you will support our program by delivering engaging gymnastics instruction to participants, fostering safety, skill development, and a positive learning environment. Reporting to the Gymnastics Program Lead, you will implement curriculum, supervise students, and contribute to group classes and personal instruction. You will apply sports coaching expertise, effective communication, and teaching abilities to motivate participants, manage sessions, and maintain organizational standards within a community-focused fitness setting. Prior coaching or physical education experience is required.
