Martial Arts Instructor (Taekwondo)

Job Overview:

Our dynamic martial arts school in Alpharetta is currently searching for a passionate and reliable Taekwondo Instructor to lead our growing student community. We provide high-quality martial arts training alongside an active After-School Program and an engaging Summer Camp. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and manage daily martial arts classes for students of various ages and belt levels.
• Assist with driving duties, safely picking up and transporting students from local schools to the dojang.
• Lead and supervise active indoor/outdoor programs for both After-School and Summer Camps.
• Teach fundamental techniques, Poomsae (forms), and Kyorugi (sparring) with excellence.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student development and camp schedules.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and positive environment within the facility.

Core Requirements:

• Commitment & Character:

  Outstanding punctuality, strong work ethic, and a dedicated attitude.

• Martial Arts Background:

  Must possess a valid WT (World Taekwondo) / Kukkiwon Black Belt (1st Dan or higher).

• Logistics:

  A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory for student transportation.

• Professional Experience:

  1+ years of experience working with children or teaching martial arts is highly preferred, but we are open to training candidates with great potential.

• Communication:

  Fluent in English to effectively connect with students and parents.

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Pay:
