We are the Lake Norman area's go-to in-school enrichment program, delivering certified music, movement, fitness, gymnastics, and sports classes directly to preschools and childcare centers — no gym required, no commute for families, just incredible programming brought right to the kids. We're growing, and we're looking for coaches who brings the kind of energy that makes kids beg their teachers to ask when you're coming back. The Classes You'll Lead Our coaches specialize in one or more of the following enrichment tracks — all delivered in 30-minute, developmentally appropriate sessions designed for children ages 12 months to 12 years: Music & Movement — rhythm, sing-along, instrument exploration, and gross motor development through song Gymnastics — foundational tumbling, balance, coordination, and body awareness in a safe, structured setting Soccer & Sports Fundamentals — age-appropriate skill-building in soccer, team sports, and multi-sport play Fitness & Active Play — themed obstacle courses, cooperative games, and movement adventures Every lesson plan and piece of equipment is provided. Your job is to make it come alive. Who We're Looking For You don't have to be all four things — but you have to be passionate about at least one of them and electric in front of a group of little kids. Background in music, gymnastics, dance, soccer, sports coaching, physical education, or early childhood movement Natural performer — you can command a classroom using nothing but a rhythm shaker and your personality Patient, consistent, and genuinely excited to be the highlight of a kid's week Comfortable driving to multiple preschool sites within the Lake Norman territory Reliable, professional, and coachable — you want to grow and get better Prior preschool or childcare experience is a bonus.
