Depending on the needs of your client, responsibilities may include: Providing meaningful companionship and engagement Bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene assistance Toileting and incontinence care Safe transfers and ambulation assistance Mobility support and use of gait belts Medication reminders Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping Transportation to appointments, errands or activities Grocery shopping Supporting prescribed exercises and mobility routines Dementia and memory care support Observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior Accurately documenting care provided Communicating important observations with our care team and client families Helping clients remain active, engaged and as independent as possible We want our caregivers to engage with their clients, not simply be present in the home. You are someone who:

Has 7+ years of professional caregiving experience Has previous in-home senior care experience Is dependable and takes commitments seriously Shows initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Is warm, compassionate and genuinely enjoys seniors Knows how to engage a client in conversation and meaningful activities Communicates professionally with clients, families and our office team Understands the importance of dignity and respect during personal care Is observant and recognizes changes that should be reported Is comfortable working independently in a client's home Has excellent judgment and remains calm when challenges arise Takes pride in doing things the right way, not simply the easiest way Most importantly, you understand that entering someone's home as a caregiver is a privilege. Requirements Minimum 7 years of professional caregiving experience

REQUIRED CNA
